At age 34, Holly McNeill's carefully constructed world collapsed, sparking a deep yearning for personal growth. From one coast to the other, she embarked on a transformative two-decade journey, exploring Buddhism, secular spirituality, neuroscience, and psychology through books, teachings, and retreats.
