Ep.124 Finding life after loss - with Holly Blankenship

Show notes

About Holly Blankenship:

Holly is a nurse, mother, wife, and holistic healing and wellness coach. Three years ago she decided she was ready to start living the life she wanted, not the one she felt was expected and went back to school, finished her masters of nursing, became a board-certified nurse coach, and started her own online coaching practice. Holly considers herself a heart-centered coach and started her practice to help other women heal the way she did after dealing with her own anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss of her firstborn son, Hudson, 8 months into her pregnancy. Holly was looking for hope when she was experiencing her darkest times and now has made it part of her mission to share her story with anyone out there feeling alone in their struggles.
